Italy is home to some of the world’s finest motoring attractions, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the heritage and technical evolution of cars in a country famed for its contribution to the automotive industry. Learn about the skills involved in producing some of the world’s most stylish sports cars by taking a tour at the Maserati plant in Modena. The starting-point for this journey is the historic plant on Viale Ciro Menotti in Modena. The Modena plant, where the Trident has had its home for over 80 years, is a magical location that combines the Brand’s “made in Italy” DNA and its Heritage with an irrepressible drive towards the future and innovation:

OPENING HOURS AND TICKETS

Tours are conducted from Monday to Friday, by reservation only, between 9:00 and 17:00 (with the last tour starting at 15:30), excluding holidays and the month of August. Reservation is mandatory, and tickets can be purchased online with credit card payment through Modenatur, the official booking center. Throughout the year, different types of itineraries are offered, ranging from a 40-minute Showroom tour to a 90-minute Factory tour inside the plant. The itineraries vary according to the Company needs. The type of tour available is specified on the booking calendar. Reservation is always mandatory. Tickets can be purchased online with payment by credit card by clicking the "BOOK A TOUR" button.

The showroom will be closed to the public from 11:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 17:30 on September 9th

Cancellation policy: after the tickets have been purchased, visitors can cancel their factory tour up to 7 days before the tour date and receive a full refund except for a €5 per ticket booking handling fee. For cancellations within 7 days, refunds will not be possible. Maserati reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time, even after confirmation. You will be promptly informed as soon as a booking is cancelled and, if possible, an alternative date will be suggested. By accepting a tour reservation confirmation, it is important that you understand and accept that the factory is entitled to cancel any bookings and that Maserati S.p.A. and the external booking center, Modenatur, cannot be held liable for any subsequent effects of the cancellation. If Tour tickets have already been purchased, Modenatur will refund the paid amount in full.

For Factory tours: underage visitors are allowed only if accompanied by a parent or adult guardian or if permission has been explicitly granted by Maserati (permission requires the completion of a liability-disclaimer form that will be sent with the ticket).School groups with students younger than 18 will not be admitted. Warning: because of its length and content, the tour is not intended for children, and we particularly discourage visits by those younger than 7. Underage visitors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The production area is not accessible to baby strollers or carriages.

Maserati offers its customers the opportunity to participate in tours free of charge. You can book tours open to public online by selecting free tickets, or book a tour reserved for Maserati customers using the button below, based on your preferred dates. Availability is released on a weekly basis for the following week, subject to availability

Special Opening for Festivalfilosofia 2024 14-15 SEPTEMBER 2024

On the occasion of Festivalfilosofia, an important cultural event taking place in Modena, Maserati showroom, just a few steps from the historic center of the town, will open its doors to the public on Saturday, September 14, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Sunday, September 15, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Two different experiences have been designed for visitors: a free showroom tour lasting 30 minutes, offering an introduction to the past, present, and future of Maserati with a focus on the "Maserati Fuoriserie" customization program, or alternatively, a paid factory tour lasting 75 minutes that takes visitors through the production departments to discover the MC20, Maserati's super sports car. (Please note that during weekend there are not active production going on)

Both tours require a reservation.

Inside the showroom, visitors can also admire the semi-suspended ring designed by architect Ron Arad and access the configuration area to shape their ideal Maserati. Festival visitors will enjoy a special rate on items displayed in the Maserati Store.

General condition
We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your tour, but please remember that you will be entering a factory environment and therefore you must dress appropriately. You should wear flat, closed-toe footwear in line with factory safety rules. High heels, flip flops and sandals are not permitted. The same applies to miniskirts, shorts and vest tops.
Photography and videos are forbidden in the plant area and on the production line, but you are welcome to take photographs in the showroom or in front of it.
Please be aware that our safety rules do not allow unauthorized children under the age of 18 to access the factory. However, if minors are part of your tour group, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can provide them with the necessary authorization. We will send you a liability waiver form to fill-in, sign and send us back in advance so that they can attend the tour.
Please note that although Maserati will do everything to make your visit as inclusive as possible, we cannot guarantee for you to witness a fully active production process during the tour, since production is subject to change according to the plant’s operational schedules and priorities.
For paid tours, after the tickets have been purchased, visitors can cancel their factory tour up to 7 days before the tour date and receive a full refund except for a €5 per ticket booking handling fee. For cancellations within 7 days, refunds will not be possible.
Maserati reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a factory tour at any time for whatever reason, even after a tour has been confirmed. The guest will be promptly informed as soon as a booking has to be cancelled and, if possible, an alternative date will be proposed. By accepting a factory tour reservation, the guest must accept this condition and understand that Maserati cannot be held liable for any consequences of the cancellation. This condition is always included in the official Factory Tour confirmation notice.
