OPENING HOURS AND TICKETS

The Maserati Showroom and Store are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, except for occasional closures due to operational requirements, which will be announced on this page. The Showroom is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Admission to the Maserati Showroom is complimentary and does not require a reservation.

Guests may also book a Maserati Factory Tour, offering a guided visit of the Showroom and selected production areas. Tours are available Monday through Friday on selected dates, subject to the factory's production schedule and operational requirements.

Available tour dates are typically released approximately one week in advance. We kindly recommend checking this page regularly during the week preceding your preferred visit date for the latest availability.

Please note that Factory Tours are not available on weekends, public holidays, or throughout the month of August. Tour routes and content may vary according to production and operational needs.

Advance reservation is mandatory. Tickets can be purchased online by credit card by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button.

FACTORY TOUR (75 minutes)

  • Reduced for groups (min. 20 people) € 45.00
  • Students> 18 years (High Schools, Universities, Masters) € 45.00
  • Reduced 7-17 years € 35.00 (Access only if accompanied by an adult family member, by signing a liabilty form. It is not possible to organize Factory Tours for school groups with participants under the age of 18)

  • Free: Maserati customers
  • children under 7 years old are not admitted to factory tours

Showroom Closures
The Maserati Showroom is closed to the public on weekends and public holidays.

It will also be closed during the following dates and times:

  • 16 July: closed from 2:00 pm
  • 17 July: closed all day
  • 21 July: closed all day
  • 22 July: closed from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • 28 July: closed from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  • 29 July: closed from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  • Factory Tours will be suspended from 31 August through 6 September (inclusive). The tour schedule for the remaining September dates will be published during the last week of August.

The Maserati Showroom will also be closed to the public from 8 August through 23 August (inclusive).

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FACTORY TOURS
Factory Tours are not private unless specifically arranged. Maserati reserves the right to combine multiple participants within the same tour group. To request a quotation for a private tour, please contact factorytour@maserati.com. The tour is not accessible to children under the age of 7. Minors may participate only if accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, subject to Maserati’s authorization and upon completion of a liability waiver form, which will be provided at the time of booking. After purchase, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date. In such cases, Modenatur will refund the ticket price, retaining €5 per ticket as a booking management fee. Maserati S.p.A. reserves the right, at any time, to cancel the factory tour due to internal operational reasons, even after confirmation has been issued. Customers will be promptly informed of any cancellation and, where possible, an alternative date will be offered. No liability may be attributed to Maserati S.p.A. or to the booking center Modenatur in the event of cancellations. Acceptance of the booking confirmation implies full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer. In the event of cancellation by Maserati, any tour tickets already paid for will be fully refunded by Modenatur.

Please note that, in accordance with health and safety regulations for production site visits, all visitors are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

For safety reasons, access to the plant is not permitted with open-toed shoes, high heels, slippers, sandals, or flip-flops. We kindly ask guests to wear closed, comfortable shoes and suitable attire for an industrial environment. Tank tops, mini skirts, and shorts are not permitted.



MASERATI CUSTOMERS AND DEALERS
Maserati offers its customers the opportunity to participate in tours free of charge. Selected dates are available for complimentary Maserati Owner Tours and can be booked directly online by selecting your preferred date at the link below. Should you prefer a different date or time, you may alternatively join one of our regular public Factory Tours by clicking the "BOOK A FACTORY TOUR" button above and selecting the complimentary Maserati Owner ticket during the booking process. If you wish to visit on a date not currently listed, please feel free to contact us. We will be pleased to check whether an alternative visit can be arranged, depending on the factory's production schedule and operational availability.
