OPENING HOURS AND TICKETS
Maserati factory tours take place from Monday to Friday on selected dates, based on the factory’s internal activity schedule.
Available dates are published and open for booking one week in advance.
We kindly recommend checking this page regularly during the week prior to your preferred visit date to view the updated calendar.
Reservation is mandatory, and tickets can be purchased online with credit card payment through Modenatur, the official booking center. Throughout the year, different types of itineraries are offered, ranging from a 40-minute Showroom tour to a 75-minute Factory tour inside the plant. The itineraries vary according to the Company needs. The type of tour available is specified on the booking calendar. Reservation is always mandatory. Tickets can be purchased online with payment by credit card by clicking the "BOOK A TOUR" button.
Cancellation policy: after the tickets have been purchased, visitors can cancel their factory tour up to 7 days before the tour date and receive a full refund except for a €5 per ticket booking handling fee. For cancellations within 7 days, refunds will not be possible. Maserati reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time, even after confirmation. You will be promptly informed as soon as a booking is cancelled and, if possible, an alternative date will be suggested. By accepting a tour reservation confirmation, it is important that you understand and accept that the factory is entitled to cancel any bookings and that Maserati S.p.A. and the external booking center, Modenatur, cannot be held liable for any subsequent effects of the cancellation. If Tour tickets have already been purchased, Modenatur will refund the paid amount in full.

MOTOR VALLEY FEST SPECIAL
From May 28 to 31, Maserati will welcome visitors and enthusiasts to the showroom and official store located at Via Divisione Acqui 17 in Modena, just a few minutes from the historic city center, with free admission.
Opening hours will be as follows:
May 28 and 29: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
May 30 and 31: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
During these days, visitors will be able to freely explore the Maserati showroom and official store, immersing themselves in the history, style, and excellence of the Modena-based brand. Factory Tours will also be available: paid guided tours (special price € 35), subject to reservation and availability, offering a unique opportunity to step inside the heart of the Maserati plant and discover where the iconic Trident cars are born. Booking for the Factory Tours is mandatory.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FACTORY TOURS
Factory Tours are not private unless specifically arranged. Maserati reserves the right to combine multiple participants within the same tour group. To request a quotation for a private tour, please contact factorytour@maserati.com. The tour is not accessible to children under the age of 7. Minors may participate only if accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, subject to Maserati’s authorization and upon completion of a liability waiver form, which will be provided at the time of booking. After purchase, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date. In such cases, Modenatur will refund the ticket price, retaining €5 per ticket as a booking management fee. Maserati S.p.A. reserves the right, at any time, to cancel the factory tour due to internal operational reasons, even after confirmation has been issued. Customers will be promptly informed of any cancellation and, where possible, an alternative date will be offered. No liability may be attributed to Maserati S.p.A. or to the booking center Modenatur in the event of cancellations. Acceptance of the booking confirmation implies full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer. In the event of cancellation by Maserati, any tour tickets already paid for will be fully refunded by Modenatur.
Please note that, in accordance with health and safety regulations for production site visits, all visitors are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
For safety reasons, access to the plant is not permitted with open-toed shoes, high heels, slippers, sandals, or flip-flops. We kindly ask guests to wear closed, comfortable shoes and suitable attire for an industrial environment. Tank tops, mini skirts, and shorts are not permitted.
